We're Building

the next generation of young founders

Our Mission

To help develop excellent mindsets and drive leadership in society.

Reframing the Minds of Professionals:

  • Emphasising the responsibility of professionals to mentor and elevate aspiring students, ensuring that the efforts of previous leaders are not duplicated
  • We achieve this through our Launchpad Programme

Reframing the Minds of Students:

  • Encouraging them to think big and define the impact they aspire to have
  • Implemented via our Founder Series: Custom entrepreneurial sessions at universities, featuring prominent faith-driven entrepreneurs
  • Enhanced by Workshops that emphasise practical Ethical Entrepreneurship and value creation

The Redwood Funnel

We aim to connect current professionals with students for:

  • Business Experience
  • Accelerator

Funnel 1: Business Experience

  1. Highly-vetted university students, specialising in diverse academic fields are selected
  2. They are paired with a startup / business to tackle real challenges and provide a fresh perspective
  3. Efforts are directed towards developing solutions, culminating in a formal business presentation

Funnel 2: The Accelerator

  • Students view the world uniquely, often at the forefront of technology, innovation, and societal shifts
  • That’s why transformative companies like Snapchat, Facebook and Figma originate from universities. Given that 25% of US unicorns start in college, why not replicate this success in the UK?
  • Our mission is to identify, support, and assist high-potential student founders to impact the circular economy Community

Benefits to Students:

  • Engage with real-world business problems
  • Gain valuable work experience that is typically inaccessible through traditional academic routes
  • Access to top mentorship and resources
  • Learn from experienced founders and industry experts
  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive network, opening doors to potential investors and partners

Benefits to Businesses and the Community:

  • Innovative solutions from the brightest minds at little cost
  • Minimal financial investment, training or time commitments required
  • Cultivates a new generation of student entrepreneurs who create value-add businesses
  • Builds a stronger, self-sustaining economy within the Community
  • Removal of the duplication of efforts allowing for inter-generational building

Founder Series

Designed to inspire and guide aspiring student entrepreneurs through direct engagement with successful founders. These custom entrepreneurial sessions, hosted at universities, feature prominent faith-driven entrepreneurs who share their journeys, insights, and strategies with students eager to follow in their footsteps.

The Type of Founders We're Seeking

Founders who understand the significance of giving back to the community and recognize their broader role in society. These leaders have achieved remarkable success but remain grounded in their values.

        They are eager to:

  1. Inspire: Share their stories to motivate and empower the next generation of entrepreneurs
  2. Mentor: Offer practical guidance and actionable advice
  3. Contribute: Cultivate a supportive ecosystem by sharing knowledge and resources
